My role at Ford Motor Company

SENIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER, MODEL E 

Often, engineers have a hard time explaining their ideas, and that’s where my team of graphic designer (me!), UX designer, researcher, and motion designer came in to help.

Below is some of the work I did at Ford:

• Created compelling visual narratives through presentations, infographics, and videos, effectively translating complex engineering concepts into clear, engaging stories while collaborating with cross-functional teams. 

• Supported UX researchers by visualizing personas and creating user journey maps and storyboards to speed up feature approvals and generate new revenue. 

• Mentored and led a multidisciplinary team of visual, UX, motion designers, writers, and researchers, optimizing integrated design efforts and cutting outsourcing costs by $500K annually.
